Job Summary
A dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support marketing initiatives and help grow our brand presence in the travel and tourism industry. Passionate about travel, skilled in communications, and eager to contribute to creative campaigns together with team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns
- Manage marketing campaigns through pocket MM admin portal
- Collecting the data from Internation and Domestic Department teams for the Pocket MM admin portal updates (on a daily basis)
- Work with team to promote our company’s loyalty program
- Collecting the feedbacks from the customers via phone calls (after sales service engagement)
- Coordinate with team for the media outlets for promotional collaborations
- Monitor and report on campaign performance / loyalty membership program to the Marketing Officer
- Support in the creations of brochures, newsletters, corporate gifts, and promotional materials as necessarily
- Assist to the Marketing Team as necessarily
- Help organize travel expos, offline / online sales calls, promotional events, and customer engagement activities
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s degree or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft packages (especially word, excel)
- Attention to detail
- Eager to learn
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
