Job Summary
A creative and detail-oriented Jr. Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in promoting travel packages, tours, and experiences across digital platforms. Passionate about travel, skilled in content creation, and eager to learn the latest trends in digital marketing. This role plays a key part in enhancing our brand visibility, engaging with audiences, and driving bookings through strategic online campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on KPIs such as engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Must know the latest trends in social media platforms like Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
- Work closely with the teams to align marketing efforts to reach the set goals.
- Support the team during travel expos, and ad-hoc events.
- Create engaging content for social media posts tailored to travel audiences.
- Schedule and post content on platforms like Facebook and TikTok.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s degree or related field
- Teamwork (especially with design and IT teams)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva)
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and eager to learn
- Social media best practice
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
